The guarantee is about product fit, not interview outcome. It does not guarantee that an airline will invite, progress, select, medically clear or employ you.

Abuse

We may decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the payment platform and may take additional time to appear on your original payment method depending on the provider and bank.
